- A: The main difference is that we manage the Full-Serve Option, and you manage the Self-Serve Option. We manage the Full-Serve Option by utilizing our Signature, Direct Hire Recruiting Process, which includes all aspects of attracting & hiring Top Talent to fill your open positions. We charge a minimal Success Fee after successful placement and integration into the position occurs. We allow you access to our powerful platform to manage the Self-Serve Option. You can Post Jobs, Exclusively Manage Applicants, Syndicate Jobs, Create a Free Company Page, and more. This flexible cost effective option can be a monthly, or yearly service. We also offer a Hybrid Option under both, that can be customized to meet your hiring needs.
- A: This is a customized solutions that can combine both Full & Self Serve options to meet your hiring needs. For example; you may want to use the Self-Serve option to post the majority of your open jobs, but feel more comfortable utilizing the Full-Serve option for the more confidential Executive Positions. We can create a customized Hybrid Option that works for this situation.
- A: There is no monthly fee for the Full Serve Option, but a Success Fee is charged after a candidate is successfully placed and integrated into a position. The Success Fee is a one time fee, based on a percentage of the first year salary or another agreed upon amount.
- We offer the Job Syndication feature as an additional resource to promote your job postings to large, targeted Talent groups to maximize the speed and efficiency of finding the right fit for any position.
